Can I put my vacuum insulated double-wall wine tumbler in the freezer?
Sorry, no can do! Putting your tumbler in the freezer can damage the vacuum insulation, so it's best to keep it out of there. But, it'll still keep your drinks cold without having to freeze it!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your exchange and returns policy?
Our return/exchange policy offers a limited lifetime warranty for factory defects or issues with the product's functionality (temperature retention, rust, etc.).
Paint damage from misuse, physical damage from improper care, lost parts or accessories, modified products and freezing or dishwashing the tumbler will void the warranty.

How do I return or exchange my tumbler?
To return or exchange your tumbler, send an email to info@usefulcompany.co.za with your name, email, phone number, product in question, reason for the claim, date of purchase, and a photo of the issue.
The product should be clean and unused, with its original packaging.
Our team will review your claim and reach out to you via email with the status and estimated ship date for your replacement product, if applicable.

Do you offer free shipping?
Of course we do! For orders R800 and up local shipping is on us! Simply add your desired items to your cart and voila! The shipping fee will magically disappear at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Once you place your order with The Useful Company, your package should arrive within 1-5 business days. You'll be able to keep tabs on it with the tracking number we'll send you in a confirmation email. Here's a rough estimate of when you can expect your goodies to arrive:
- Johannesburg, Pretoria and nearby areas: 1-2 business days
- Other major cities like Cape Town, Durban: 2-3 business days
- More far-flung areas: 3-5 business days
