Shipping policy
We understand that you're excited to let the good times flow, which is why we make every effort to process your order quickly and get your tumbler to you as soon as possible.
The Useful Company offers free local shipping on qualified orders of R800 and up shipped within South Africa only.
If your order total is less than R800, a flat rate shipping fee of R80 will be applied.
Once you place your order with The Useful Company, your package should arrive within 1-5 business days. You'll be able to keep tabs on it with the tracking number we'll send you in a confirmation email. Here's a rough estimate of when you can expect your goodies to arrive:
- Johannesburg, Pretoria and nearby areas: 1-2 business days
- Other major cities like Cape Town, Durban: 2-3 business days
- More far-flung areas: 3-5 business days
Please note that delivery time is dependent on Courier Guy, so there may be some delays beyond our control.
Additional notes:
- We do not offer express or international shipping.
- It's important to ensure that your address is accurate and up-to-date when placing your order. If you provide an incorrect address and your order is shipped and subsequently returned to us, we will issue a refund for the purchased items, minus the shipping fee.
- We cannot be held responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided by you.
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. In order to initiate your claim, we will require images of the damaged packaging as well as the unused item(s).
- We cannot accept claims for shipping damage if the tumbler has been used and/or the packaging is undamaged
- We carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure their quality. If you receive an item with any damage or blemish, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a damage or blemish claim, the item must have its original packaging and be unused.
